That lady is so stupid. If you can't pay go to the vet and explain that you need financial help but you want proper treatment. If the vet can't give you that help call the humane society and have them help the dog. EVERYONE who neglects a dog says that they can't pay! It's an overused excuse for inexcusable behavior.

Why cant people understand!? A dog is not like a phone which you can lose or place in a bad place, if you do not care for it properly it will suffer. Getting a dog is like getting a child, but considering there are people who sucks at parenting to I rest it at that.

All in all dont get a dog unless you're fully aware that it will need constant look after.

It just shocks me to see people doing that to helpless creatures such as dogs. I mean how could they It takes a total of maybe 5 minutes to loosen the collar and it won't become embedded. Also if you take great care of the dogs the police/animal control won't take them from you .

This makes me want to cry :( I have 4 dogs and Ive NEVER had any of them get embedded collars. I actually take care of my dogs , losening a collar has NOTHING to do with "doing the best you can with what you have". Its a matter of being responsible and actually paying attention to whats going on with your animal.
