  • Your punching are slow, your elbows don't have to be in guard mode all the time, keep your hands down sometimes. Your kicks are slow.. honestly you need to lift more weights and keep sparring. You'll get better.

  • Since your doing kickboxing, you shouldn't be so low to the ground. Stand taller man
