There shouldn't even be a debate, he was undeniably laughing "ok." First, this scene was aired and not censored, and those guys NEVER let anything through. Second, Grant clearly laughs out the sounds "o - k - hay -e - he -he" in a staccato rhythm. Third, there isn't even a slight hint of the necessary "f," "u," and "ing" sounds required. It's just way too much of a stretch, with "fucking a" probably being the result of the power of suggestion.
