This phone is really bad! After a few weeks of using it for texting, the keys needed to be pushed harder to register, and sometimes ended up loading that letter a few times in a row. The Space bar I found was the worst, as I'd touch it after typing a word, and it posts a period, then space, and ready to start a new sentence with a Capital letter. What a waste of money!!!

i have the samsung HYPE,which is the canadian version of magnet. it DOES NOT scratch AT ALL. because one time, i dropped my phone on rocks and then my friend accidentally stepped on it. i thought for sure the screen was going to crack. but when i picked it up, THERE WAS NOT ONE SCRATCH ON IT. only the screen protector got scratched a bit. the back does not fall off, it only comes off when you use slight pressure.

So I have this phone. I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5.

If you're looking for a phone that's not that technologically advanced this is your phone. Some good things about this phone is that the battery lasts for forever, even with non stop texting, it's indestructable, and it's really easy to use.

The cons are that the battery cover falls off very easily, the keyboard is super small, I have to use predict text, you can't make videos, and you can't send or receive audio files.

Ive recently just gotten this phone. It suites all of my simple needs as far as text messaging and phone calls. I was VERY impressed with the ability to conference call so easy. Overall the calling featured was very well done.

The biggest problem I have with this phone is the cramped keyboard. If you are a fast texter, you will come up with ALOT of mistakes, misspelled words and left out letters. For $70 I got a phone, charger, AND bluetooth! =) It suites my simplistic needs!

It sucks. It's good at first, but it has little things about it that make it annoying. Like all the funny beeps it makes. It won't STFU. Mine is shutting off, like the Razr I had before it. I lose messages, and people get pissed. You have to clear out message memory every fucking day. Speed texting you get used to, but the phone itself lags at times, leaving your messages retarded, and your girlfriend going "Asshole!" This phone is a 4/10. Thats a major F.

@omgxjesss Samsung Magnet, yes the keys are small. but after using the phone for atleast a week you will become a boss with it, speed texting is possible but has a little lag at times. but it's a good phone.

@ xTooleTymex - the lg neon is way worse they break way to easily, it turns off while textig after a month the touchh screen is unresponsive, i would not recommend it case i switched from it to the hype and im happy

I agree with you :/ Sadly I did not read the reviews on the LG Neon. I was in a rush to buy a qwerty keyboard phone and saw the Neon. I had to have it and after a month I was very disappointed. The text keys don't always pick up when you type fast. I am a speed texter and, would like the phone to be responsive and not freeze or put my letters all over the place like it does.

This phone sux! It doesn't even record video! Texting really does suck, keys are very stiff and hard to press. The back slides off very easily, making the battery fall out! i was doubtful to get this cuz alot of ppl were saying not so good things about it. but i ended up getting it, and its GREAT!! the keyboard is fine 4 me. i can text great on it :) the first couple months, texting was easy, but now SOMETIMES i have to go back and add in a letter or two. calling is great. overall, GREAT AWESOME!! 9.9/10 4 the fone!!!
