For all you peeps saying you can't do any of these things... here is a list of the things that are possible in the sims (even if they are very unlikely or they are not actually functional; the boss dying is possible but you have to make the setting yourself, same with the language one)

@JBLUVERR2 its easy! make a unlucky sim and a charsmatic sim then kill you unlucky sim until the grim reaper stays (unlucky sims cant die until old age) and use the cheat teastingcheatsenabled (true or false) then be bff's with grim and keep doing the options friendly hug then admire until you can invite him to move in. :D
