  • @AMERfitness - Hi Amer thanks for the reply. The issue about it is that I felt stronger on the right side of my lower back and weaker on my left side. It was pretty obvious when I was doing lunges for the fact that I am able to stabilise myself better when working out my right leg during lunges compare whilst performing it on my left side....this being said when all of the safety and precaution matter being taken into account where the abs being tighten.

  • Amar, thanks for the videos. I have a question about back and lats training:

    I'm having problems with my back development - my upper back is quite okay. But my middle and lower back are not. I have seen that some guys have lats that almost extend towards the waist! My lats are developed well outwards but don't seem to extend all the way downwards. What would you suggest I do?
