No sorry, only the Ipod touch does. This one does have a speaker but it is mono and is only used for the clicking sound when you are browsing through the menu, not for music though.

Just go to the movie part of Itunes and sync movies to iTunes like you were syncing music.

Yip, Just goes straight to your iPod, its so easy to use, all you have to do is connect your iPod
