Its sad that Zia Chishti's dream to create jobs in pakistan and stick with having the factory in pakistan got him kicked out of the Invisilign company and then sued by his own company. Lots of smart technology people in pakistan that need someone to give them jobs.

TRG employees shouldn't complain just get a job someplace else. Anyways sadly Chishti screwed up, he'll never do anything big again, maybe that's why he's treating people like he's an 'ancient slaver' now.

Zia got sued by Align Technology because he stole trade secrets and basically duplicated the company and formed another company Orthoclean. He was probably trying to maximize profits for himself, as he still had shares with InvisAlign.

He is a good entrepreneur but the way TRG is operating is simply wrong. They are exploiting their employees, giving them unrealistic deadlines force them to work even if they are sick, mistreating them even ancient slavers has good work ethics compare to them.

I have had the privilege of working with Zia for a number of years.  He is definitely THE most amazing Pakistani and among the most amazing people i have ever met. I can bet his next venture will be bigger than his last three.
