As the extremely rude person who commented before me said, someone else was behind the stage playing the harmonica while Vince pretended to play. At one show, the guy apparently started playing during another song thinking the microphone was turned off and it kinda ruined the other song.

You should get the Heroin Diaries. It's a really good book, even if it is disturbing at times. It does help you understand the guys better (mainly Nikki of course) and it also has a lot of interesting facts about the shows and behind the scenes etc. :)
