I got completely stiff the moment you lifted your shirt, and it hasn't gone away yet. My pulse started racing when the second half started showing you laying on the bed, and it's still racing. At some point, it will be too much--you'll be too fat--but I don't know just when. It's hard to imagine you any sexier than this, but maybe 200 would be?
