I've not experienced this in three playthroughs, and given that a lot of people are asking 'how is this found?', I'd say I'm not the only one. Having a body-popping Geth is counter to the logic of the game, and only fitting using meta-logic. In short, this is an easter egg. There, multiple posts. Happy now? :-)
