Problems with the Da-Lite High Power screen

Did you manage to resolve this issue with Da-Lite?

I just ordered the a 110" High Power and now you've got me worried.

How did things turn out?

@SyphonFi dont EVER lose your receipt sounds like they would have helped me if i had proof of purchase but it was over 4 years ago that i purchased it and i had the receipt linked to an expired email

thought about buying the screen, now im not so sure anymore if its going to do that...
