Dude its not fake... on bungie day they gave every one the flaming helmet for the day.

U would go to forge and equip the "Bungie" chestpiece , which looks like EOD chestpiece. It makes any helmet get the flaming effect.

if somebody wants recon i will tell you the way to get it Legit:

First: Don't send an email to Bungie because you will waste your own time.

Second: Participate in one of Bungie's contests to win recon.

Third: Wait for Halo 3 ODST and get the vidmaster achievements or buy it.

Fourth: Be a good machinima director and give bungie a laugh for example the guy the died because of cones.

Bonus: Maybe they can give it if you are the pizza guy :D.

My opinion is that everybody wants because nobody has it.
