its half cash and half paper...
when he shows the paper he goes 4 into the pile..same with the money
and every time he flips over the pile he bends the very last piece in halftherefore creating the illusion that its changing

the cam is standing on the same spot all the time, therefore, its easy to just pause the cam, change out the papers and press REC again;)
