Tana was disrespectful to Chris, Brian and Kristen coz they are abrasive people who are very difficult to manage. She then used a much harsher tone than she normally would to try to motivate those difficult people. Sometimes a great leader has to adjust their tone according to the people they're dealing with. She over-reacted however.
This is a circus of a final episode - totally unbefitting the quality of the previous episodes. I wish the gawking unwashed would just fucking shut up!

I think the final competition was the only time Tana inevitably showed her unflattering side. Throughout the earlier episodes, she came across as a woman of very nice and bright, bubbly nature. We didn’t see her bitch or make any disparaging remarks about fellow team-mates like some obnoxious candidates would resort to. Tana is excellent in marketing and sales with her charismatic personality. But she pales in comparison with Kendra in management and leadership. Kendra is more determined to win.
Regarding Tana's behavior, is that the reason why Chris kicked her out first when they had that corporate reshuffle (ep8)? I was shocked when that had happened, but I guess now we know why.
Trump made a mistake calling erin as kristen, but he managed to pull it over and didn't look silly admitting he made an identity mistake, might look simple and light one to just admit, but, he's Donald Trump and he got all eyes on him, great!
It's not, not in the same way as a spin the wheel type thing, its meant to be a reality tv interview, the studio audience thing gives it a real 70s tacky feel
Kristen is being so gaceful to praise and glorify Tana even after knowing she called her an idiot and a stoog over and over.....what a big heart....Kristen is o cute...those lips kill me.....
To get to the top you have to be ruthless,tana as to be the winner in this respect as she,s the biggest bitch i,ve ever seen and was born to be a millionaire,but i guess its like they say,its nice to be important but its more important to be nice,i hope kindra wins even though tana as the staying power,thanks for loading,i,m loving every minute.
