  • motor hp?????

    ThankU!!!!

  • @estyv 9

  • very nice and clean job , you have inspired me.

have a ? though if you dont mind , the large pulley on the drive wheel . whats the dia , and what width blade are you using, thanks

  • @TheMaisey01 14" on dive wheel and blade is 1.25 wide i think

  • Good job, I've never seen rubber tires being used as drive and driven pulleys for saw blades but if it works then bonus point as you get the large diameter without the costs and weight of large steel pulleys. Innovative. I'm thinking of making a small portable unit but this one is imaginitive. In general many great mechanical parts can be found ultra cheap from a vehicle you are about to scrap. Engine blocks can be converted into a mini lathe/mill-google it.

  • Not that I understood everything, but you did a great job explaining what you had.

  • It looked like all 4 wheels were grooved. If so, how did you align the angle irons to be pefectly parallel?

  • @pauleohl we set them on our garage floor, which is level, and then got out the square and a tape measure and took care to make sure everything was square. Measuring diagonals helps a lot.

  • @trucknut324 one of your idler pulleys looks to be on the wrong side of the belt.

  • Nice Saw and Excellent video - good details. Thanks.

  • Love it, thinks for ALL the details bro..

  • Of all the homemade band-mill videos out there this is the best lit, best explained and the generally easiest to see what's going on. You've got some other cool projects I see. Keep postin man. These are awesome.

  • very nice

  • I built one with almost the same design and I used fence rollers with the same "V" groove that I found on Ebay. They are grooved just like the ones you have. If anybody wants to get a good head start on a lot of parts you'll need, Go to your landfill and find a junked riding lawnmower because it yields a lot of part you'll need for this project. Nice job trucknut324 and Thank you for sharing.

  • subscribed fuck yeah man i will be asking you alot of questions i want to build one of these so bad

  • Great Build...Thanks for the GREAT Tips !

  • Great job, thanks for sharing too. Cheers. Jim
