I didnt even knew this was a special version of the boss ={ I wanted to watch my commands

i must agree that he appears randomly after some wins in arcade but it seems there is a way to encounter him faster (i dont say its true but its my suggestion cause i have this game):

i encountered him 7 times when i fought with jin

i encountered him 2 times with bryan

i encountered him 1 time with miguel

and i played 20 times with everyone

it seems that the fact jin is the main enemy of azazel that he uses his golden form against him more often

I just faced a Golden Azazel this morning.. Here is the exact things I did on Arcade: Played on Ultra Hard difficulty Lost the 2nd stage 1 time Won against Nancy Got a roulette on Jin's stage Lost about 3 times against Jin Won the round with my Roulette Lost the 1st battle against Golden Azazel (Not round,) I had 1 round for each battle Yeah, that's all of the important details.

Why did this happen, i got this game today okay? I couldn't beat him on easy because i am pro. Anyway, i beat him first time when i played it on ultra hard. When i played as bryan fury Azazael blocked most of my shots (on easy). On Ultra hard, he blocked like a quater. But i still beat him 1st time, I won match 1, he won match 2. I got 'great!' on match 3. Turned it round, lucky as fuck. xD

To unlock Gold Azazel you need to have "luck" on roulette playing arcade battle. When you come to final stage there will be Gold Azazel.

The aeroplane (and other small silly sprites) flies sometimes after a Roulette. It won't affect your unlockables. It won't affect your money count, nothing.

The Golden Azazel was first found in the Arcades back then. It is in every port of the game.

Golden Azazel can be fought in the Arcade, PS3, X360 and PSP versions, just to make it clear.

The aeroplanes do nothing fancy, they're just there for random lulz.

It is what has been under discussion for a long time. Everyone's guesses are as good as mine.

Some say they have had no continues, some say they haven't lost a single match on Ultra Hard, some say they got a Roulette on the way.

I got a few continues and what you see in the video is what happened later. :D

My conclusion is that the appearence of Golden Azazel is gay random.

I think I know how to get to him...propably.I've got a chance to batlle with him on my PSP two times.I beaten him(after a loooooong time )and I got 2,0000 g the 1st time and 2,0000 g the 2nd time but I lost the save data o_O.Anyway,to get to him I THINK that you must perfect JIn Kazama,the boss before him).I play on Medium mode so propably you can win him in any mode.I'm 50% sure about that,I hope I helped.
