Yes, it´s going to Tallinn. The upcoming ADCC is built for the route Kapellskär - Mariehamn.

They're definitely not sisters. Europa was built in Germany in 1993 and is the only one of its kind. XPRS is a completely new design. The fact that Europa was built for Viking doesn't make it XPRS' sister.
