@banananer16 Uh.... Have you seen the movie? If not, lay the f**k off! I saw Thor two days ago, and it's awesome, but one of the reasons it's awesome is that the acting is sensational. There's not one bad performance in this movie. Everybody, from Chris Hemsworth as Thor to Rene Russo in her brief screen time as Thor and Loki's mother, does an amazing job. My favourite would have to be Tom Hiddleston, who brings great complexity to the character of Loki; he's an incredible bad guy.

This is a GREAT movie. Much better than I was expecting. And a surprisingly international cast, with Chris Hemsworth (Australia), Anthony Hopkins (Wales), Tom Hillesdale (Britain), Stellan Skarsgard (Sweden) and more. Big thumbs up to Marvel for this one.

@yodudewassp Apparently, based on the little story given in the previous trailers, Thor unleashed some kind of threat to Asgard by accident, and as Sir Anthony is playing Odin, it was his job to punish Thor. It's most likely a result of Loki being tricky but it could just as easily have been Thor just being cocky. It wasn't 100% clear, what we do know is that Thor has legitimately dishonored himself.

Most of the Marvels movies had comedy in them, I still laugh just thinking about that freeze frame scene in Spiderman 2.
