I never watched the show people refer to in the reviews or know what it is but I have to say that Victoria Rowell is one of the most finest women I have ever seen x x x

Maybe they'll bring Dru back with a storyline like.. A man found Dru badly injured from the fall...took her to an island..nursed her back to health..took care of her. She's now an amnesiac who fell in love with her savior and they're together and show up in Geneoa City on business and one of her friends spot her. They tell Neil and he searches and comes face to face with her, only she doesn't know or remember him and go from there. It's a long stretch but in soaps anything's possible lol

The last 6-12 months of Dru on the show was written as a woman out of control. This was totally not what the character was really about. Viewers who watched for years really want her back; but those who saw the final year found her irritating, and rightly so.
i met her at burbank airport last year she was going to las vegas. we sat on the plane together and had an intersting conversation. a very nice lady. m aybe i'll see her again sometime. ha!ha!

I couldn't stand Dru, she was by far one of the most annoying characters in Y&R history. She was a loud, annoying and histrionic stereotype. I'm glad the killer her off.
Victoria Rowell has always been my favorite Y&R actress. I am sure she will return in a few months or years. She says she has to recharge her acting engine every few years by doing movies and other things, but I am sure she will be back.
Fabulous tribute. And I have to agree with fellow poster mellaLee21, Rowell was not "truly utilized" by Y&R. As I've said before, Rowell is a much better actress than the material she's been given on Y&R. I am going to miss the character of "Dru," but I wish Rowell well.
I saw her on a comedy recently, I cant believe how beautiful she looked. Better than women half her age. She'll probably be back on Y&R at some point, much like Shamar. I dont think they ever truly utilized her.

I agree with you, the show is not the same. Victoria brought a lot of energy to the show and she is an
underrated actress, that was not given enough material to showcase her talent. Although this past year, she should have earned an Emmy nod.
