This issue basically means nothing if you haven't read the entire series. and I agree you definitely need to READ #39. reading cliff notes books doesn't give you the full effect of what happens ever.

Dude, you NEED to get issue #39 to start the current story arc. It is a much bigger/shocking reveal then this issue.
