Why is is that folk are sometimes unable to cross the bridge as a driver?

Some are so moved as to the asisted crossing service driver to take them and their vehice across the bridge.

.

It is to do with fear of being high but what exactly, I don't know; do you?

I go across the crossing once a week when I go down into kent. I normally hit it about 7.45am and it is a carpark.

I have noticed the Nazis have slapped up some average speed cameras up in the last few months. Pathetic!
