@Huannt58 As far as i concern... Once your luggage is checked in, it is under the control of the Custom and the Airport contracted ground service people. So, if your luggage had been opened or stuff got stolen, complain to the airport authority, because Cathay Pacific do not have ground staff that specialise in delivering the luggages.

@Huannt58 the airline has nothing to do with the processing of your luggage (only israeli airline(s) do that) otherwise your luggage is in the hands of the airport so it must be the work of the ground staff in your country or wherever you were when this happened.

i've been to the cathay pacific base in vancouver because my mom used to work there it was cool!there were tons of crews and there was even a mini kitchen for me to get some hot chocolate haha
