Thanks for reply... I have another question: is it bubbler for eliminating fire or what? Sorry for my English, it is not so good. Bye and thanks in advance!
Hi ! Would you be so kind to tell (wrote) for what purpose is neutral plates ? Is there not sufficient just to have positive and negative electrodes? Thanks in advance.
@zovik222 A car battery usually is around 13.5 volts. To produce HHO you only need 1.5 volts between plates (actually 1.27 volts), everything above 1.5 volts goes into heat. If you have a positive and a negative plate and 13.5 volts there is a lot of wasted voltage. if you add neutrals you lower the voltage that passes from plate to plate.
I invented a breakthrough source of energy that contradicts the law of conservation of energy. I have a PROOF that there are electrodynamic phenomena that contradict the law of conservation of energy. I am looking for $6M for a prototype and patents.
It is not so expensive but it depends in what country you are in and it depends on the size you have to buy. If you can find a metal working company that uses Stainless Steel for the pharma industry or food processing you can ask for little pieces and they cut it for you for little money. To drill it it takes about half the revolutions you need for normal steel and a perfectly cutting drill point and use a lot of pressure then release and press use refrigerating lubricant
The glue is a sealant and also glue it is UV resistant and cures with humidity once hardened it feels like a hard rubber you can use it to glue metal to metal stone to stone and metal to stone and wood and so on it is very universal.
avoid using sodium bicarbonate, because it produces CO2. Instead try using sodium hydroxide. In 100 ml of water add 109g of sodium hydroxide at a temperature of 20C.
hey brother dont use baking soda you are destroying your anode + electrode also youare generating CO GAS plus CO2 gas wich is counter productive for us and most
important baking soda is converted into sodium hydroxide naho in the electrolysis process so also stainless steal is leaching something called Hexavalent Chromium out of the metal during the electrolysis process.
Give me time to test my new cell which is an evolution of this one It is already assembled but the video is not ready yet. I think it is the better version of this one.
As you said "rusty". There is iron in stainless steel and it might come out as rust. I do not think it is "bad gas" as you call it but that scum goes through the tubes and makes them dirty.
your english is excellent (better then some americans!) your craftmanship is impeckable! i absolutely love your metal work. something i do before applying power, check for continuity between your posts, preventing a short circuit before one occurs is worth the headache!!
That 'glue' appears to be RTV adhesive (used in fabricating engine gaskets and other liquid seals) You could do better with perforated plastic film as an insulator between adjacent plates
It appears only the outer and central plates are electrified (yes?) Gain higher H2 tru-put using rigid metal foam rather than SS cylinders.
You're producing HHO - not H2 (very explosive in confined spaces) - use Pt or Pd coated PEM to selectively vent H2
I'll give you a small pointer. Take your first series of measurements for your baseline.
Then, create 2 acrylic pieces to lay across and cover the exposed vertical edges. Evenly smear them with your adhesive about 1.5mm thick. Clamp them to the sides and let dry.
Then take a new series of measurements. I believe you will find much greater efficiency. Exposed edges in a series cell greatly reduces overall efficiency.
To say "vaguely familiar" is very kind and polite of you, thank's!!! I will do as you suggest and post the results and again thank you for taking time to help me. I admire greatly your work and wish you the success you are envisioning. If there is any experiment you whish me to do for you let me know (this is also valid for everybody else who is seriously engaged in this work)
Great work, very clean, well made cell. As a second or perhaps third language, your english is better than many who it is their ONLY language!
What is the glue you used for the cell? Did it hold up well through your tests? I know a bunch of people (including myself) that will be quite interested in that!
Really, keep up the great work, outstanding actually.
The glue is a rubber it is a Swiss product it resists Ultra Violet rays GYSO 444 it is used to bond different building materials together, wood concrete metal glass and some plastic products. So far I can only hope it will be durable beyond testing amox
RARES84 yes I want to see the difference with the tubes and I also wanted the cell to fit into the container and not least I like the challenge to do something I have not done before. It is a lot of fun too!!
What type of glue are you using here?

Hallo,
hom much does 316L steel costs?
i want to make a dry cell and i got a shop too ( dont know the prices yet)
is it dificult to drill holes in it? becouse the company doesnt drill holes.

i have 8 10x6,6 cm normal plates now.
and i want to make a small experimentive torch.
should i make a small dry cell ore wet cell?
dry cells have more production for the same amount of amps, so i think i make a dry cell.

My wife is an English teacher and she would be happy if I talked as well as you.
My question is, what type of glue did you use to hold the plates together? Most glues won't hold metal.
Thank you for sharing your ideas.

Hexavalent Chromium can leach into your
skin so be safe it s (carcinogin) ..causes cancer . use lye drain cleaner they sell it
here in usa at ace hardware see my video called 100 amp cell test or see NOBOX7 for details

Hi Amox,
Good Job! I have watched all your vidoes.
As a begineer, I'm trying to duplicate your second cell (13 plates) design. I understand plates cell are usually in +NNNN- configuration.
However, I saw your connection is +NN-NN+. In which, both side plates are positive, and the middle plate is negative.
Please explain.
