The fact that you associate "races" at all is a problem. You have a skin color and a culture, other human beings have different skin colors and different cultures. There's no "race."

On the topic of the hereditary neural configurations, that's well and good, but the structure of the brain isn't changed. The brain just becomes able or unable to do things in the same way because of impaired neural connections. This makes for individual personality, not individual species.
