I live just behind Jubilee Gardens and although the seafront looks fantastic now I'm disappointed with the gardens, basically its just a hangout for yobbo's, surely to god the powers that be couldve done a better job of the place????

I think they were so impressed with what had been achieved on North Prom, the money was found to continue the work along South Prom.
