This is a PREQUEL!!? Demitri was a prince. I guess I need to see the movie to see how everything fell apart. I don't mind straight to DVD sepuels, but some stories should be revised for the better, made into a sequel or not made at all. Things like this are why I prefer Don Bluth's originals.  But some of the sepuels are alright too, it just depends.

Yes he does, like the Fairy Prince from Thumbilina somewhat resembles Demitri. The squierl from Rock-A-Doodle looks like the one from A Troll in Central Park. And Princes Daphnie from Don Bluth's Dragon's Lair and Thumbilina's face and hair look kind of the same. I love little easter eggs like that. His movies are the best, even if they weren't recongized as the greatest animated films of their time.
