Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.
Great vids Eric, thanks. The pistol squat is a new one for me, do you know some good moves that'll help me to build up to it without doing myself an injury?
yeah...first unless you are a heavier set person don't use a kettlebell just yet
try partial pistols. get yourself situated in front of a chair or box or whatever...lift your leg up and pistol down
another thing you can do is squat down to the bottom...get one foot in front and pistol up...that eliminates some of the fear associated with this exercise
I noticed your breathing in a few of your other videos. You take a deep breath before a lift and the let out a small one at the peak of the lift; does this help or is it just your personal breathing preference?

it helps. keep tight whiile pressing and you can let a small explosive breath through your tongue and roof of your mouth at sticking points
