  • Lulu aside, Metallica's still one of my favorite bands.

  • @HearingLossProvider

What you meant to say, was the obvious, ''Lulu is A SIDE project''.

  • @twiztidlestat how can it be a "side project",when ALL of the members played on it,and even some songs from it were performed live at the band's 30th anniversary gigs last december?when james did some back vocals on danzig songs or kirk played along with santana, those indeed could be designed "side projects".

  • @ksioamaral89

So you view Lulu as a metallica album? Though NONE of the lyrics were written by a si single metallica member, nor the vision of the album, since that was ALL lou reeds. They participated, they were background for the album, thats all. They admit this MANY times

  • i've discovered bob rock's real name.

    bob cock.

  • @StickLightMusic you rock :D

  • lol i love people who point out the song title like they are smart. THE DEMO WAS CALLED MEMORY STILL REMAINS!! hope this stops "smart people" from correcting this video

  • the song name is just the memory remains not still remains but regardless still a good video

  • sooo "fortune fame, gone insane" kinda tells us that after no where else to roam tour, these guys bored to death of music, touring and writing material, and shooting videos. it's easier to understand any change in their style now.

  • yeah you should look up the meaning of the song before just blabbing around

  • its called the memory remains

  • Is it me or do the lyrics in this version not sound unlike something Metallica would do?

    Yeaaaah woah woAH!

    Wathin fame!

    Watchin fame!

    All insane!

  • james does that because he doesn't have the complete lyrics down and just wants to get a feel of how he's gonna sing and go about it.

if you listen to the nothing else matters demo tape, he does the same thing in the chorus.

  • I know, but this sounds like a part of a song they'd write, since James likes his random yells in songs.

  • same for every other demo like entire justice album

  • @sudmanster

And he actually sings a shitload more than he ever used to for demo schematics. Look up the "...And Justice for All" demo. The whole song is literally tempo and general melody of "WANA-NA-NA-NA NANANA". Today the demos are veritable albums (Demo Magnetic)...Flamingo, Casper and K2LU all have a charm that lives outside of the finished product.

  • its a demo for a reason.

  • nope, its james hetfield :D

  • Woops. I realise how much of an asshole i sound in my above post.

You're very right my friend, this was done back in 95 or so when Hetfield had long hair.

I was tripping due to Reloads release in '98..

  • no problem :) i can see how u got mixed up

  • ..... ReLoad was released in 1997 btw big guy

  • bob rock is a faggot.

...stupid white turtle neck is all he wears.

    rock on fag.

  • lol

  • @guitarguy7211 he made most of the st.anger album

  • @jonnynword True.. there wasn't alot to work with on St Anger.. .w. They started off making it with no bassist.

  • Comment removed

  • @guitarguy7211 you know that he made the black go huge in sales. if flemming was still the producer that black album would have went into a diff direction. soo i think flemming is a fag. not bob
