hey man great solo, i was just wondering since i just got some emg pj's just like you, did you have to replace the toggle swtch with a volume/tone knob like mine cause i cant really see. cheers

@Kissteria595: Yes, I had to replace the switch. Actually, the guy who installed the pickups told me that he could keep it if I wanted that, but I preferred not to mess with the EMG package. So, he installed it according to the directions. Thank you for your comment!

By the way, I noticed you replaced the toggle swtich with a volume knob for the jazz. Would it have been possible to keep the pots that were there and keep the vol/toggle/tone the same even with the EMGs? I'm going to be buying a Cort Punisher and I'm not quite sure on how to rewire so I can keep the control config the same.

I definitely prefer the toggle but anyway I don't consider this my primary bass, so it's fine with me as it is now.

It sounds better with those EMGs, I really didn't enjoy the tone of the original pickups. The EMGs give the bass more crisp tone. The Mighty Mites sounds very muted and dull.
