  • AMEN BROTHER JAMES MOORE! PRAISE JESUS!

  • Interestingly, I was into the choir way before being into James Moore. He grew on me over the years as I matured spiritually.

  • I still miss him. The anointing on his life and that voice was absolutely incredible!

  • I thank God for Jesus and the Holy Spirit..this song resonated in my soul today when I felt like busting my adult younger brother a slap, for pure neglect of his children. But for the Grace of our Savior. I can't thank Christ enough for His voice within me. Sanctification is REAL!

  • I'm just getting to listen to the Mississippi Mass Choir since I was a kid and MAN, it wasn't until I was older that I had a appreciation for the message in there song. I mean OMG it's something about this choir POWERFUL. And I'm just listening to James and found out he's not with us any more, but I TRULY believe he is with GOD. I think it's safe to say that he was a man after GOD heart. You can hear GOD in his voice.

  • @Liftedsports .....Love the choir and you are right about appreciating the message in the songs of our Mom's and Dad,s..... stay with Jesus my brother. Just found out 3 songs before this that James Moore is no longer here. Christian Rock is also great about singing God's word.

  • to Liftedsports:

The early great Rev. James Moore is by far the highest skilled and highest anointed singer ever. If you think his videos are good, to see him live was even better. He sang under the power of the Holy Ghost. He had the entire auditorium slain under the power of the Holy Ghost.

  • Rev. James Moore demonstrates what personal experience can do for you when you testify what Jesus has done for us all

  • James Moore 1 of my all-time favorite singer's PERIOD!

  • How can anyone Disliike this? Do you not hear it?

  • we don't have this kind of music ( gospel) in a typical german curch. We have the oldskool german christian stuff and the modern christian "rock-christian" stuff sadly.

  • Luv you Reverend James.....rest in peace~

  • one of the greatest songs of all time

  • The Holy Spirit places a gospel song on my heart everyday that I sing all throughout the day. Today, this song was the song. I'm still singing it and Praising the Lord on a FRIDAY NIGHT and I'm a college Sophomore I could be out at the club but im here praising my SAVIOUR!! JESUS WASHED ME!

  • This is the best rendition I believe I've ever heard of "Jesus Paid It All." So grateful for Reverend James Moore and the wonderful Mississippi Mass Choir.

  • 3@EyeloveYou2ube agreed! :3

  • I LOVE TO HEAR THIS SONG BECAUSE THERE IS SO MUCH TRUTH IN IT THAT I BEGIN TO THINK BACK ON ALL OF MY SINS THEY ARE TRULY WASH MY SINS AWAY AND I CAN SAY THAT I AM WASH AS WHITE OF SNOW THANKS BE TO GOD...

  • I Truly thank GOD FOR THIS MAN OF GOD.HE REALLY HELPED ME THROUGH SOME VERY HARD TIMES.AND HIS SINGING IS STILL KEEP ME ON FIRE. GOD BLESS YOU REV JAMES MOORE LOVE YOU

  • I had the oppurtunity to hear Rev. Moore preach and sing in the little town of Opelousas,La. I must admit it was truly one of the highlights of my life. He was truly one of Gods' annoited and appointed. He is greatly missed. R.I.P. Rev. Moore. I am sure that you are making God as happy in heaven as you made us here on earth.

  • Great song! It sort of sounds like Emma Curry's song, "I Get Excited", when the choir starts to sing.

  • Well, JAJA1468...we're picking up the tab for those who don't know the bill is due.

  • We will always love and miss Rev. James Moore...But Oh I just believe that God loved him more...that is why he is really resting in peace until Jesus comes and collect every mother, father, sister, brother, the very elect..I would have loved to grow up having a big brother like this..Love always on of.God's "sanging" angels"..

  • Yes, HE paid it all to God be the glory!

  • Second to none! This is one the best performances I have ever seen.

God must have wanted him right next to him If I can say that.

I rejoice knowing he is with the Lord.

  • I love how he gave em the chill first verse and then went in!

  • great post , thank you

  • I love this song!!!!!

  • what year was this

  • @revmb777 This recording took place @ Jackson State University in Jackson, MS on Saturday, January 27, 1996.

  • What amazes me is that he had recently lost his sight when he recorded this song. . . Now most people would be angry with God, but after he lost his sight, it seemed like he went to another level in God. He sang until he couldn't sing any longer. God is so great! And I will forever respect James Moore for exemplyfing true and honest worship . . . in spite of! Thank you Lord!!

  • James Moore is one of the greatest singers of all times!!! You can't even compare Daryl Coley with James Moore. Being able to be around him while singing with the Mississippi Children's Choir was amazing! None like him!

  • I love this song! And.....I love the Lord! Again......SLAP....to the people who dislike this song! I'm just going to think that maybe you don't like this arrangment????cuz the song is amazing!

  • Everytime I Hear This Song It Moves My Spirit!! Glory To God!!!

  • @MoNeYrEaGhKiDDo lol crazy.

  • @billygordon1980 I listen to both everyday. I lean towards James, but Daryl can no doubt hold his own.

  • Question for all of you. Better singer... James Moore or Daryl Coley????

  • @billygordon1980 This is GOSPEL MUSIC all of the singers / songwriters are AMAZING!

  • @billygordon1980 - Why does it matter. They are both lifting up the name of our Savior!

  • My favorite singer period!

  • i've got good credit thanks to Jesus!

  • A WONDERFUL BLESSING!

  • I live in Baton Rouge. Rev. Moore was a jewel. His voice and vocal abilities were unsurpassed! The arrangement of this song by the MM Choir and Rev. Moore are so unique. I listen to it whenever I'm feeling the need for a little blessed assurance.

It never disappoints. He is so missed. My condolences to his family and all who knew him.

  • I swear James Moore could have been Hezekiah Walker's father or brother back in the day from looking at this. Who agrees

  • love him love him..Happy belated birthday..

  • Wow, his birthday!!! God Bless you even in the afterlife brother Moore. Thank you for giving!

  • Happy Birthday (2 my Big Brother) Rev James Leslie Moore.......2day..Feb 1 , 2011

    Rest In Peace James...........Love U.

  • That's all right!!!

  • James will forever be missed. One of the best vocalist ever to sing gospel.

  • I love Rev. Moore but he really did have on the ugliest face at the start of this song. LOL

  • Nothing & no one compares to his voice!

  • I REALLY MISS him!!! What a remarkable voice!!

  • straight anointed! Praise God

  • @JAJA1468 We aren't paying anything.

  • @JAJA1468 please you make no sense!

  • @JAJA1468 i know dats right!!!

  • @JAJA1468

It's not picking up the tab...Jesus told us we would have to endure persecution for His Name Sake..God is GOOD!

  • @imyetholdingon WE GOD FEARING PEOPLE DONT HAVE TO ANSWER TO DEMONIC SPIRITS, WE ANSWER TO THE HIGHER POWER! NON BELIEVERS HAVE NO SOUL!

  • @20MILCEO If they have no soul, then why was Jesus so concerned about dying to save their souls? Come on. That is the single dumbest thing I ever have heard a "God fearing" person ever say.

  • @a2j72 YOUR LOST OR JUST DONT SIMPLY BELEIVE, MAY HE BE WITH U IN YOUR DYING MOMENTS!

  • @20MILCEO You must have no discernment. Because I am saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost. If you read the comment above mine, someone said that non-believers don't have any souls. A being without a soul is less than human, an animal. He was comparing non believers with animals, instead of even recognizing them as human beings. I was just trying to make a point that Jesus came to save our souls from Hell. They do have souls!

  • @imyetholdingon sometimes i forget that. i had to be reminded of that last night. AMEN!

  • @JAJA1468 they not some are trying desperately to appear to pick up the tab but man dont nobody really want that bill

  • That looks like one of my former college instructors (Yolanda Williams) right behind Mr. Moore. I do know she is in the Mississippi Mass Choir.

  • HALLELUJAH!

  • THIS IS FOR THE PERSON WHO DISLIKED THIS:

    *SLAP!!!*

  • @wordsandherbs

I believe he suffered from diabetes correct?

  • Love this song.

  • Rev. James Moore was one of the greatest gospel vocalists that lived!

  • thx 4 posting....always a tremendous blessing to see and hear this song, by this great gospel legend!

  • What a Wonderful song and what a Blessed Talent.... all to the GLORY of God! Mercy!!! Jesus paid it all - In FULL baby!

  • I absolutely LOVE James Moore! This man was definately anointed and used every bit of what God gave him. He is truely missed!!!

  • Aleluiiaaa.. tudo ele fez, Deus seja Louvado !

  • Thank God for his Gifts..Rev. James' ear (physically and spiritually) is so sensitive..his expressions tell all..let alone..THE GIFT!

  • JESUS IS MY EVERY EVERY EVERY EVERY EVERYTHING... HE DIED FOR ME SO I GIVE ALL THAT I AM TO HIM!!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @zgopify uhm...what?

  • Comment removed

  • @zgopify you have your beliefs and I have mine... I know what I believe in and Jesus died and rose again on the 3rd day... all that I am belongs to him... I will not even go any further on this topic, because I'm not a person of confussion. So i'm going to live my life the way I have for 23 years!!! Thank you and have a good week!!!!

  • @COTTEN774 I agree with you my friend - he rose! He is still watchingus. So we must obey his commands! However we are weak creatures, depending on His grace. However each and everyone of us feels differently how the Lord speaks! GodBless You.

  • @zgopify WHAT???!!!

  • man i love this song

  • so much talent!!!

  • Jesus did not die for our sins. That is just the spin that the Romans put on it when they created christianity. Do some research look into the origins of christianity and any religion. They were all devised for the purposes of controlling society by feeding into r fears and insecurities about death and the origin of the species. Religion has been successful at instilling control, but it is also the no1 cause of war. Don't be sucked in, there IS NO GOD. It is all pure BULLSHIT.

  • @Dangerous2099 I will not criticize your beliefs because I am in no position to do, but I will say that I believe that you do need God in your life, and he hasn't touched you in that special way. Believe what you want to believe, but don't judge us. And also, if you don't believe in God, then why are you watching this video in the first place? So I say, get with God, let him in, and accept Jesus as you Lord and Savior

  • @Dangerous2099 It seems as though you are a very smart person. Christianity did not start with Roman Empire. The Apostle Paul brought it to that area. The bible is just too large a document stretching over too long a period of time to be fabricated. Even the secular historian Josephus referenced Christ, although to him he was not a savior. Look at all the facts in a large picture read the bible. I have questioned faith a lot throughout my life but through prayer the Lord will speak to you softly

  • @Dangerous2099 I understand what you are saying and I agree that there indeed is a great falsehood that religion creates and is fed by fear, greed and ignorance...but on the other side as a fellow atheist I must say that you are being unneccessarily antagonistic and condescending. I stand against the imposition of theocracy and all the horrors it brings...but not against this. This is just good music. This harms none. It is not hate speech or forcing religion...so stop giving us a bad name. Ok?

  • This is the best version of this song I ever heard... OUTSTANDING!! Gives me chills when I hear it.. So much POWER in this song....

  • Man, I want to cry. I really miss these times. True Gospel, True Worship, True Believers.

  • His voice was so beautiful and the choir looks like angels. I just wish James had taken better care of himself. He really neglected his body. He was too talented for that.

  • Beautiful music!

  • Its a very rare thing...to realize your God given gift; and then take that gift and truly use it to lift God up and minister to his people...Most people sell out to the world as soon as they learn what their God given talents are. All I am saying is this guy really blessed me when he was alive and his legacy that he left is still blessing me today

  • Very nicely done!!!

  • Heaven is truly rejoicing! and we down here are missing the greatest gospel voice of all times! I just enjoy going back and reminiscing on Rev. Moore's awesome voice. Waht a blessed anointing! Really miss him.

  • I don't care how old this song is - it will always be one of my favorite - He washed me! He washed my hands, he washed my mind - Jesus washed me white as snow - Oh i am singing somebody tonight - lol! and I don't care what key i'm off I'm just loving the lord right now and singing his praise - lol

  • Wow Gospel music to me, sounds like a mixture of Jazz/Blueish music with Christian songs! It's good! God Bless!

  • Elder James Moore always had the voice along with the choir that took you to "church"!

  • Real gospel and a true man of GOD.

  • my mom wud repeat this song wen i was like 5 old school gospel all the way

  • old school gospel all the way!!!!!!!

  • PSALM 81 verses 1-2,and 7

1 Sing aloud to God our strength; Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob.

2 Raise a song and strike the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the lute.

7 You called in trouble, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder; I tested you ate the waters of Meribah

  • ONE OF THE PIONEERS OF GOSPEL YOU DONT GET THAT QUALITY GOSPEL SINGING ANY MORE REV JAMES MOORE ONE OF THE GREATEST SINGERS I EVE HEARD

  • @wcp122176 You get mad at me for being racist yet you use the word nigger to insult me? You sir are as contradictory as the bible.

  • @cizzin Hey, buster, don't come around here with your racist attitudes, alright? In fact, if you have such a problem with black people, why are you even watching this video? I hope bmccoy100 removes your comment and blocks you right now b/c it's just what racist scum like you deserves.

  • @amez4life Racist? No, I hate everyone equally. It's a true fact that niggers are less evolved.

  • @cizzin hey thas not cool i love evryone equally regardless of what color they are :( im sorry you feel that way about african americans
