I am a proud owner of this product for over a year.

This espresso machine is beautiful to see and very nice to use.

I am a barista, i also have a Faema Due espresso machine and that machine is far more powerfull in steam and hotter then this one.

The only problem is, you don't want a 2 group proffesional espresso machine in you own kitchen.

The Kitchen Aid Artisan is a perfect machine for a very nice espresso, cappucinno or latte, i recommend it to anyone.
