David Hayter is a great American voice actor but Japan is abolutley loaded with very good voice actors. Im sure many of them better then David in general especially when speaking Japanese. Think about all the anime they create. Japan is definetly a country full of very good voice actors. And i think they do a great job during action sequences with grunts and so on, they are very good.

Besides, the typical voice for a hero like Snake in Japan is definitely in the lower tones. He is great for the american version, but he would not fit in the japanese version of the game.

I love David Hayter but I doubt he knows Japanese as well as he thinks he does. Early on, he says "Boku no kao wo shiranai kaME shiranai" when it should have been "kaMO shiranai". The first thing Kojima says is just pointing out that mistake. The way he says it makes it sound like he's saying "maybe you don't know my turtle" as opposed to the intended "maybe you don't know my face".

it might be a pain to run the wires but you could buy some and if you cant get along enough ethernet, you can get ethernet couplers. they are most likely in hardware stores, i havent found a best buy or walmart type store that has em but since there something an electrician would use you have to look there. wired connection is going to be more stable anyways. it looks tacky but i got a wire jsut running across the length of my house. but worth it for psn :)
