You have to get Din's Fire then. There is no other way. A Great Fairy has it.

@flamesoftheclouds If you don't have din's fire, get the Fire Arrow from Lake Hylia by going to the farthest platform and shooting an arrow at the sun. I'f the Sun's not there, keep playing the Sun's Song until it is.
