Thank you very much for the lesson. This has been very very helpful for me as it's forced me to practice all these cords and specifically the transition between them (I'm still hitting stings -- need more practice).
I don't know if it would be helpful for the rest of the crowd here, but what chord progression would I play for the end of the song. Normally the chords would go D7 and G7, but in the song Clapton extends this last part, plays something different and the song resolves.

You are using your fingers like a pick. Loosen them up and pick some individual notes. Forget the 'horse' rhythm We have 3 horses and none of them play the blues. The blues is played by folks who have lost their horse.
Ok, your report card is full of 'A's. On this song a 'B' with the note: "Can do much better when he digs into his proven artistic talent." Sure be great to hear this one on your Dobro.
That cool. I've been playing this song for a few years but I can't figure out how to do the ending. When Clapton goes, "nobody knows you... nobody knows you.... nobody knows you when you down and out". There's some funky goings on there. Could you go into that. Thanks.
Hi Mojo,
Can you show how to play the intro and solo for this song, please?
Great stuff, mate!

Thanks for the kind words. Oh, and what, if not my fingers, did you think I was playing with? :)

I think it's awesome how much effort you put into all these guitar lessons.. soon you'll have taught us more than 100 songs. Keep on!
Oh and since the forums on your site still don't work (sadly) I'll do this here:
If you got the time, could you do a vid for "nothing else matters" by metallica? That'd be awesome.. thanks in advance
Du bist eine echte Motivation jeden Tag zu üben! :)
