power team is kinda bullshit. Yes these guys/girls are strong as shit but i feel like they say that they get this amazing strength from god wich is kinda sketchy. What really bothers me is that most of the things are trickery like tearing a phone book and rolling a frying pan it takes some strength but its more just practice. I way a 130lbs and i started ripping phone books in half when i was like 13 and i can roll a frying pan. its technique not really strength.

He should be bleeding then, doing a lot of strength with your wrists pressing against a metallic surface that can cause cuts.

I video taped this and was with John and the team for a couple days in MN. There's nothing fake about their stunts -- absolutely real handcuffs, frying pans, rebar, etc.

You try and break those handcuffs, hinged or not! They are police addition handcuffs. I've seen John Jacobs(founder of the Power Team) break two sets at one time. There was a police officer there to identify the handcuffs and he said he has never seen anyone break handcuffs like that before.
