Now Africans are beginning to wake up and realize that the world's countries are every man for himself. @MadMonarchist you're right , the ever decreasing population would become a problem in belgian congo. but it didn't decrease only because people were killed by soldiers, there were other reasons. ...If you read the balance sheets , between 1895 and 1905, you see large amounts of money.
