I saw this performance. She was amazing. I thought she was a statue when I heard her singing I didnt realize it was her until she started moving and turned around. We all had the chills. Great job. She's Broadway Bound. The whole production was awesome.
ok so having done a regional and touring company of this show.... she is very good. BUT she has some nasal and on that HIGH F she was Flat Flat. and also i think that she was a LITTLE to active on the video. she is supposed to be a statue... you know what i mean? but OTHER then that she is very good.

Emerelda was boring and stood there like she was glued to herself...here, jamie is acting and singing...not just relying on a good voice...i like this video much better!

You have a great tonal quality, bou when you started to hit the high note in THIS IS A STORY OF A LOVE THAT FLOURISHED IN A TIME OF HATE OF LOVERS on the OF LOVERS it went kind of flat. overall it was ok. look up either emerelda or kiolkool and their videos are excelent! overall great high school performance. great job!
I can honestly say that I think our cast has better voices than the original broadway cast. Listen to them both back to back and you'll notice a great diffrence; we're better. Jamie has an AMAZING voice. Nothing wil ever beat Sachem North's Aida!
I can't watch any other school's AIDA videos on this site because I know they'll never be the same as ours. Jamie, you were great! I can't see anyone else as Amneris now.
When she went this is a story of love that etc., we lost the audio, it was like the mic cord got pull when her arms went up she was getting picked up on hanging mics it sounded not a body mic
wonderful..i loved the voice..one thing*in the beginning your not supposed to know who is singing...so she should have sung and justed stayed in one place and then move. the effect is the statue coming a live. Elton john said it him self had his concert. but other than that..AMAZING

Her singing was a lot better than yours. Alot.
You're like a nasal, annoying version of Idina Menzel with a quarter of the talent.
