Mr Agostini you forgot something...the MORAL aspect of drugs in sport, ITS CHEATING, simple as that, legal or illegal its still cheating! and if it was made legal we should be able to know WHO is taking what, and would that happen?...no! thus, cheating
Drugs are being flushed out of sports and the Olympics with the empowerment of the IOC. If an athlete is thinking that "yeah by taking this i'll win and become rich and famous" but then get hit by a mega fine for taking drugs tahst a wake-up call to athletes that know it won't get them MONEY it will more likely help them lose their sponsership. This will hope to lead us to an eventual future of sports without drugs. I believe that people like Adrian Mutu taking drugs should get a lifetime ban.
Mr price Sir, I don't believe district level Basketball can be classified as a "high level". Anyway i can see where you are coming from, and any person using drugs in sport is a gaylord.
I would...but imagine the amount of young athletes who would go down that route! Remember that alcohol would never have been introduced if they knew the detriment to health. Steroids and other drugs would have the same effect!
You would open Pandora's box if you legalised drugs in sport. I work with young athletes at a high level and ALWAYS adise against any form of drugs. By legalising it you would encourage more and more use leading to more long term health problems. More drug testing (every month) and instant bans for those found abusing would lower use levels. This is a very silly video indeed.
I watch the Nrl rugby league competition in Australia, and can tell you that performance enhancing drugs are NEEDED.
Fatigue is quite common in this game, sometimes only 10 minutes into the second half.
Also, If a drug is legal, they are NOT cheating, as the people they are competing against had the same opportunity too take it!

Sir, alcohol would have been introduced even if people new about the detrimental effects. People need the form of escapism which alcohol provides.
