  • I feel an "egg allergy" coming on.... wonder if THAT qualifies for an 'exemption'?! What about the AMISH? Are the FEDS going to invade their farms with these little mobile vaccination clinics and force it on them too?! Isn't it DISGUSTING how Big Brother ONLY acknowledges the Constitution when it's in THEIR favor? And clearly IGNORES it all over times... like Healthcare Reform and the FACT that it's UNCONSTITUTIONAL?!

  • SCREW THESE PEOPLE... NO VACCINATIONS ARE TOUCHING ME OR MY FAMILY!!! EITHER ME OR THEM IS GOING DOWN IF THEY TRY AND FORCE THIS AGAINST MY WILL!!! ..... BUT NO JABS!!!

  • From CDC's webpage:

The first state law mandating vaccination was enacted in Massachusetts in 1809; in 1855, Massachusetts became the first state to enact a school vaccination requirement... Supreme Court issued its landmark ruling in Jacobson v. Massachusetts, upholding the right of states to compel vaccination.

  • From CDC's webpage

Although vaccines are safe and effective, they are neither perfectly safe nor perfectly effective. Some persons who receive vaccines will have an adverse reaction, and some will not be protected.

Whether an adverse event that occurs after vaccination was caused by the vaccine or was merely temporally related and caused by some totally independent factor is often difficult to ascertain.

In a given instance, determining whether vaccine was responsible may be impossible.

  • the VICP (Vaccine Injury Compensation Program) was established to shift the monetary costs of vaccine injuries away from vaccine recipients and manufacturers.

Individuals alleging vaccine injury must go through the VICP before filing any tort actions against the administering health-care provider or the vaccine manufacturer.

Since the inception of the VICP, few individuals have chosen to reject the judgment of the court and file suit against the provider or manufacturer.

  • Forty-eight states allow religious exemptions and 15 permit philosophic exemptions (from mandatory vaccination.)

    ...(but)

Challenges to mandatory vaccination laws based on religion or philosophic belief have led various courts to hold that NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT EXISTS to either religious or philosophic exemptions.

  • Jacobson vs Massachusetts

    CDC . gov / vaccines

  • It will be a cold day in hell before they force anything in my body.

  • If it is mandatory, maybe a conditional acceptance notice would suffice. Demand the doctor, nurse and teacher's, sign a legal AFFIDAVIT accepting full responsibility for ANY future side affects.

Someone MUST be responsible through law. And there is no way they'll sign it, as it would hopefully stand in court against them?

  • They past a law so that no one can be subject to law from any harm from the vaccinations.

  • No Question!!!

    If you don't question.

  • the nazi's never lost the war, they simply moved.
