i agree with you.and i have thought the same thing many times as ive looked through these videos. what scares me the most is that a child would have the best chance of pulling this off and injuring themselves. it takes a little imagination to visualise the energy moving through your body and being a child that wouldnt be hard at all. im teaching people how to gather + control their ki step by step and then teaching them how to form the ball. but this is still a good example of how this is done.

You cup your hands as if holding something between them, and then think like your a faucet of energy, and just let it flow out through your hands and into a ball between them. Even if you can't see it maybe it's not strong enough and you need to add more. Don't worry about seeing when you first start because you may not be able to add enough. Yeah I am kind of unhappy with the results of my psi/chi ball. It's very likely that the younger viewers will have more success because their pineal gland is more active from less consumption of food-additives & fluoride from tap-water that reduce pineal gland activity, thus their connection to higher levels of consciousness will not be impeded causing them to effectively use up the energies in discussion. I think it'd be safer to suggest they learn to gather essence from around them as opposed to using their internal energies for the ball.

i was concentrating on making the ball and after about 10 minutes i made a pretty good one, after another five or so minutes it gained weight! i dotn know if it is normal but it did, about 2 pounds! i accidentally touched the table under my hands and it was H-O-T!

You can throw the chi ball, yes, you just need to concentrate. Control the energy with your willpower, and let it go. You cup your hands as if holding something between them, and then think like your a faucet of energy, and just let it flow out through your hands and into a ball between them. Even if you can't see it maybe it's not strong enough and you need to add more. Don't worry about seeing when you first start because you may not be able to add enough. You can tell if you made a psi ball though by paying attention to your hands.

Yeah I am kind of unhappy with the results of my psi/chi ball. I was concentrating so hard that right before I broke a blood vessel in my eyeball, I couldn't contain the vast energy pouring from me and my hair caught fire. I was rolling around on the floor for about two hours screaming after that. See, I wanted to use my chi powers to power my electronic appliances so that I wouldn't have to pay the power company. I guess I got what I deserved.
