Its been a fair few years now since ive even thought of a T25/T25G. What are the specs of yours? Stick with the 0.48ex and maybe go for a 0.63 comp housing. Its not just the housing though, the wheel size of both is critical. Too large on the ex and you'll have large lag then uncontrollable wheelspin, too small ex housing and she'll not flow top end. For a turbo to flow you MUST have a large, free-flowing dump pipe. No right angles either! As STRAIGHT as poss. Even for the entire exhaust system
Big porting, not massive or as ported as id like tho.
Id get a Gt25. Its a sleave bearing but the latest flow-spec version over the T25 and T28 and much better power curves and figures . A Gt25 will be better for you than the T28 as that wheel will take a long time to spool up and you'll have lag.
Id use only slightly larger TB. No point going huge you just lose throttle pedal range (Eg: half pedal on big TB will now b same as the stock TB's full throttle, make sense?)
yeah it does, we expect a bit of lag, the normal turbo on the et starts spinin at around 2500 rpm, with the t28 it should start at probobly around 4000rpm but also it should redline a bit higher than 6000rpm, its worth it seeing as the normal turbo starts loosing power, with the t28 the top end will be awsome:, have you heard about changing the crank shaft from the e16 engine and puting it on the e15et with the same conrod except change the piston, it increases from 1480 to 1680?
lol, dose pipe - the short metal pipe from the mouth of your turbo. Amplifies the 'tu tu tu tu' sound of the compressor surge, or as some VL muzza's say 'dose'
haha ive been in this car, bloke lived near warick, drove past him in my old exa turbo.,. this things naughty

dayem that is a clean power curve. especially for these cars since i'd assume they'd give you a lot of trouble if not tuned correctly.

is that a t28 ur running?

No, full custom. The internals are quite large. GT25 core and shaft but everything else is completely custom. Cant get this turbo off the shelf

we're just doing n et putting in a t28 (i thing its the bigger version from the 200sx)we've done the head and bigger throtle body.
are you still runing 1480cc or bigger?

Nice result bro!
I am about to through on a T25/T25G hybrid, exhaust housing is standard 25 with 25G comp.
Hope it will be a good compromise?
