  • as underestimated as guys like camp lo and kool keith

  • Excellent remake,....like this better than P.E's version.

    Sorry P.E! ;)

  • pharoahe monch is amazing. nobody flows like him, and not too many are as awesome as him. underrated

  • does somebody know where I can get this instrumental

  • now this is what i call a proper remake....and great video why doesnt this have at least 30 million views???

  • @hiphophead900 I wish I knew the answer to that....I love how he flipped the shit out of this!!! Old school hip hop fanatic...signing off!!!

  • Good shit man! Love PE!

  • When I get mad I put it down on a pad...

  • The catholic church got ties with the mob, I see it all like the wizard of OZ

    God Bless chuck D

  • This shit is so dope!!!!!! I love how Pharoahe Monch remixed this!! Mad props to P.E.!!!!!!!!

  • I love this song & video!

  • great remake of public enemys song love it a lot

  • please feel free to explain it. I would like to see.

  • @kyle87t

If you don't know the code.......smh

  • i like pharoahe monchs verse for this cover, nice flow

  • does not top chuck d, good update and vid ties it together. P.E.'s version burns the brain however , this is jazzy as someone mentioned.

  • AWWW MAN

  • I like Public Enemy, but I prefer the version of Pharoahe Monch, it's more topical. For me, PM paid tribute to PE, but also showed that the situation is getting worse and worse...

(sorry if my english is bad^^)

  • Dude - I am NOT disrespecting P.E. If anything I am saying I don't like this guy (P.M)'s cover of the ORIGINAL song by Public Enemy - Welcome to the Terror Dome. A good try but this ain't as good as PE. (IMO)

  • This cover is better than PE??? Are kidding me? What you smokin' G?

  • Book Of Judges is his best song.

  • Excellent remix of Public Enemy's 1990 hit. I think I prefer this version to be honest.

  • @thegoodmusicguide Me too ... There's a hole in an apple an apple that's been rotten/ scheme like the Klan I plan like Bin Laden. Supreme screen that a slick strict editor/drop the LP many hits like Hezbollah/ Seven years later is the year of the Gods/ The United States Government is just a facade ... not sure if that's exact but I love how he modernized the 2nd verse. Talking about controlling oceans to create Tsunami's to control populations. Get's me pumped up ...

  • I would love to hear a track with Pharoahe, Lupe, Jay Electronica and Nas

  • @earlmccormick88 i second this but i would add mf doom and common

  • Another dope track from Pharoahe Monch...!!!!

One of the best mc's ....to speak about relevant issues in a timeless subject matter .!

    Respect!

    Pharoahe Monch.

    Respect.!

    Public Enemy.

  • more jazzy but the PE version was harder .. we were ready to do some damage in 1989 ..

  • @lenis6 I found this track a litlle bit harder than the one from PE... and I love PE.... I think Pharoahe had a good idea to recall back that track... and to told to us that things are not changed! or they are even worst!

  • he covers this so fucking well...he tops chuck d and thats hard to do man

  • @czaghost nah...he's not topping him...but he's coming close to him ;)

  • Love this song.

``trigger energies in the ocean for tsunamis to control the population``

Well, I know how he feels about that issue.

One thing though. Am I the only person who feels the first verse is not really saying anything. After reading the lyrics, It is really just a bunch of rhymes not saying anything. It sounds good though the second verse is sick.

  • Great cover of a cognitive dope joint! If you were of age when this single dropped then you know the true effect it (Fear of a Black Planet) had. This track/video will never be seen on BET or MTV.smh

    @kyle87t

The 1st isn't saying anything? Just a bunch of rhymes? smh

  • One of the most timeless and ever-relevant joints ever...covered by one of the illest emcees in the game. Need I say more?

  • Definitely man, it makes much sense when you know your shit.

    He spits the truth :)

  • does anyone know what the speech is at the beginning?

  • FUCK THE NWO!

  • ace

  • the illest

  • Pure butta!!!

  • sweet interpretation

  • i never knew there was a vid for this!

  • mad track

  • Yo TROY when is the jamiroquai collab

  • i'd like a Pharoahe Monch andre 3000 combo.

  • shame Monch never made a track with the Gravediggaz....a Monch, Po and Too Poetic track would be the illest track ever.

  • that would blow the mind of the world

  • pure hip hop!

  • 124 views wtf!?

  • If by top ten you mean #1 bar none, then yes, top ten.

  • Suberb.

Top ten of all time hip hop
