I remember reading an interview with Trish Keenan where she mentioned that she noticed that she used the words "let go" a lot in writing lyrics and then thinking about my brother who died of cancer at 48 and the doctor holding his hand in the last half hour and saying: "hard isn't it? letting go" and thinking "she's letting go". She was still alive then. (4 years ago I wrote; "this is the best song ever". I still stand by that)

I directed this video and she was a model of integrity and grace, during what turned out to be a difficult shoot, edit and aftermath. There was a lot of pressure on the band at the time, piled on from what I can only describe as 'hard-bitten management'.
