@valdezmigueul i think that u need to watch ur mouth and stop being so bitter, and if u don't appreciate what she is doing then DON'T COMMENT LIKE A JERK. and btw if u can sprout the nut or seed its raw smarty
You look Great!!!! I am going to try to go on the 100 day challenge to help me cure myself of MS. I am going to start out very slowly, but no cooked foods for at least 100 days!! I'm excited!!!!! I will document my progression, basically the same way that I have been documenting my progress that I have had while taking chelation therapy(removing heavy metals from the body.)
Good luck karena321 i deleave it can be done your body just needs the right tools for the job cut out all chemicals from your diet, water (spring water in glass bottles only) shampoo, makeup, soaps ect
use all natrual products, your life will change it may not happen over night or it may not happen at all but it will improove your heath so much MS wont matter.
Tree nuts are a common allergen for folks. Very recently, I went on the master cleanser diet which allows watermelon to curb your appetite before you lose sanity. I was feeling pretty clean and lean but, in a weaker moment 'popped' only a few almonds and immediately got a tickle in my throat, sneezed, and got a little snotty (mucous'y not mean). Woah...I had no idea (until then) that I was allergic to tree nuts.
I can hear it. Looking forward to August. I can tell when I eat sugar or enriched white flour how much that effects me just being 50 to 70 percent raw. I can even tell which of my favorite fast food effects me more. I'm looking forward to being 100% raw because I'd really like to experience for myself what happens when I consume no cooked or processed food. Surprisingly now the more cooked food I eat, the more I look for raw alternatives. So failure can actually bring you to success:)
