Justin is great and gives Tom a run for his money... And as a character, Oliver pushes Clark to be the best and not settle or whine for anybody. Keep it up!

Oliver is a darker character than Clark BUT according to the trailers, it sure looks like Clark's (or Kal-El) is getting pretty much traveling the dark path... HOT LOL

Chloe and Oliver should totally get together in season 9! Chloe's always been the overlooked one. Plus Oliver with the whole Tess or Lois thing just didn't work imo. It'd be pathetic of him to keep on pining over Lois. Chlollie would be totally awesome and I'd surely have something to look forward to for S9. That would so make me stop complaining about the absence of Lex Luthor haha (I still miss Rosenbaum).

I agree, something was just a bit off with Lois and Oliver. They had nice makeout scenes, but they rarely, talked about anything. Tess and Oliver were a bit more believable but I don't even get why she's on the show.

To be honest, I didn't even know Hartley could act until I saw scenes with he and Allison and I thought, "wow, where's he been hiding"? They compliment each other well, and a happy ending for Chloe is overdue.

This is how it can start under that common bond. The greatest romances/loves start out that way, no secrets, all the dirt exposed. They have nothing to hide from each other and build on that knowledge & trust. There chemistry there for sure. And now it's said Chloe has an interesting twist, can't wait to see what that implies. Being negative and jumping to conclusions does no good and only makes the anger grow. There's a silver-lining in everything and I think this is what Chlollie will signify

they would be so good together. i honestly hope they make it happen this season - that would be enough to keep me watching, and i think it would give both characters a bit of a 'moving forward' vibe... the last season they both seemed to go completely off course. and not in a watchable way. at the moment i'm kind of on the fence if i will bother with the next season... but a chloe-oliver story line? like i said that would be worth seeing. let's hope it happens! for the sake of the show!!

Chloe and Oliver as a couple would be amazing. Chloe needs a good romance storyline because the Jimmy and Davis ones completely flopped. Same with Oliver. Oliver and Lois were good in their time, but there is definitely more on-screen chemistry between Allison and Justin.

I think Chloe/Oliver relationship should at the very least be more evident on the show. Their supposed to have worked together alot for the JL yet they fail to have a lot of scenes together. That doesn't make sense to me. Even without that, I hope they give Olivers character a good storyline this year and that they let him redeem himself. I know the producers are hoping for a 10th season but I don't want them to stretch out what's going to happen in a hopes that that will happen and then it not.

I see your point, but the few Chlollie scenes we got, had some potential... he was getting very protective of Chloe and what could have been read as a bit of jealousy for the bond Clark and Chloe share. I would say that if they decide to pair them up together, it wouldn't feel like it;s out of the blue.
