i think SJP looks good no matter what, but honestly it might have been a good idea to get it removed because a relative had one removed in the same spot because it later turned cancerous. i did notice in the last sex and city movie that it appeared as if SJP's mole had gotten bigger. that usually is a sign that it is turning cancerous. unfortunately my relative's grew back so she would have to get it removed again. i dunno about SJP's case. hopefully she doesn't have skin cancer.
