Let's not forget to very first boss of Zelda, Aquamentus who is also a Dragon; Barba, the Dragon-boss of the Hidden Palace in Zelda 2; and Gleeok, the dragon-boss of the Ice Temple in Phantom Hourglass. The rest (being Volvagia and Argorok) are already mentioned.

But after having played every Zelda game, this is BY FAR the best of the dragon bosses out of all of them, the music helps A LOT because it's awesome.
