look at all the mad fatties without the willpower/motivation to better themselves. pls stop trying to drag everyone else who wants to improve down with you.
lots of people got touched here. Come on, if you felt completely fine about yourself while being overweight you wouldn't have reacted so emotionally all over the comments. *Of course* you can be loved even when fat, not everyone is shallow. The point is giving yourself the option, not labeling yourself as forever fat. Just answer this for yourself - if someone gave you the option to be thin tommorow, would you refuse? If yes, then why - are you scared of being someone physically attractive?
If you feel you can't be loved, if you don't have confidence, if you think you are worthless, changing your size won't change how you feel about yourself. If you hate yourself at size 44 you will hate yourself at size 4, you will just focus on something else. Fix your mind and soul, you're body is not your enemy.
If you feel unhealthy because of actual test results or you can't climb a flight of stairs without being winded, take control of your health.
I have the most amazing relationship, and am so incredibly in love, and I'm overweight. While I have decided to try and lose weight this year, previously I have had the belief that if a man doesn't want me because of my weight, then that's his loss, not mine. Turns out that one man finds me attractive just as I am. :D
Found this video to be really moving..and really sad..sad that ppl think they have to be thin in order to be loved...love should start with ourselves..so if these ppl want to lose weight,it should be for themselves first and foremost, not somebody else...true love isn't based on appearance anyway.x
Wow - people are really defensive about being unhealthy on these posts! I think people who try to realise their potential in life and aim to be the best they can be should be commended! Anyways who wouldn't want to live for 20 additional years?
@Cronullafish The best way to do those things (live longer and be healthy) is to be active and eat healthily.
There are multiple studies that show that a sedentary lifestyle, rather than excess adipose tissue, is the primary cause of reduced life expectancy. I can link some if you're interested.
I also am fat and have much love in my life. It is so possible to be confident and loved right now, at the weight your body has now. You don't need to change.
The implication that this video makes, that you can't be loved or worthy of love until you change your body weight is disgusting. I am beautiful, loved and worthy of love just the way I am, and so is every other person regardless of how thin, fat, short or tall they are.
I have the most amazing, wonderful, loving boyfriend who couldn't care less if I lose weight. I am so glad I waited to find him (and wasn't intimidated approaching him 'cuz he's so handsome!) instead of thinking I needed to change myself to please someone who wasn't right for me.
Nice...using a lovely awesome song by John Lennon to further a fat shaming agenda. Cause I'm sure that's exactly what Mr. Lennon would have wanted his music to be used for.
personally I dont belive that girl has never kissed a boy I know at least 3 obese people who at times are called "sluts" and stuff so yeah......

Sorry Biggest Loser, but I'm happy just the way I am. And am probably close to being just as fit as your trainers. Yes. You can be fit and fat.

Wow, what a misleading promo, considering that the show itself is incredibly demeaning and exploitative.
