Hey Britta, Can't wait to try these eerie eyeballs for my Halloween party. I bought your book and love it! I'm going to be doing your Laboratory Libations also! Just a question, I bought a 3 oz lemon gelatin and you said you use 1 box of unflavored gelatin, one box is 1 oz (4 envelopes) is that what I use or does it need to be 3 oz of unflavored gelatin? Thanks!

@SnowflakeStacy - Glad you're excited! Flavored gelatin box weight can vary depending on the sugar, so watch for how many servings it makes. The large box makes 8 half-cup servings, and that is what I used in the video. Plain gelatin comes 4 packets to 1 one box, but the flavored desserts come as one packet inside the box. My original recipe was a small box of lemon gelatin dessert plus one packet plain gelatin, but I haven't been able to find the small 4-serving boxes anymore in recent years.
